Emergency/Safety Protection of health and safety, repair of equipment essential to building operation, prevention of damage or loss Call Security immediatly at ext 4445 Immediate
High/Rush Problems which can cause escalating damage to facilities and property or inhibit departmental functioning Call the Plant Office at ext 4446 One business day
Deadline Work which must be completed in a specified time frame Fill out an online maintenance request well in advance of deadline Before deadline
Routine All general requests, with priority given to requests affecting occupant comfort Fill out an online maintenance request Two business days
